Greg qualified as a chartered accountant with PWC before joining Jasper Corporate Finance in 2014 ahead of its subsequent merger with Assay in 2017.
He has over 4 years post-qualified experience working with a wide range of businesses; from blue-chip multinationals to regional, owner-managed businesses.
He has most recently led the disposal of a specialist industrial services operator to an Irish plc and the disposal of a designer, supplier and installer of customised air movement, filtration and extraction systems to a larger multinational industrial trade buyer.
“Greg provided invaluable support throughout the whole of sale process. In particular, his expertise helped maximise the value realised by the shareholders. I would recommend Greg to anyone who is interested in working with a quality individual with a practical and results-orientated approach.” – David Fall
Greg also has experience of making direct equity investments in UK businesses along with providing on going operational and transactional support.
“Greg has helped establish informative and robust reporting mechanisms to support the investor group.” – Fresh Equity
Away from Jasper, Greg is a Worcester Warriors season ticket holder and keen cricketer, recently starting a junior section after qualifying as an ECB UKCC Level 2 coach.
“Greg is clearly very passionate and has shown determination to start a junior section from scratch, completing his coaching qualification in the process, as he looks to realise his vision and strategy for the club. Greg is a fantastic role model for the children and has the ability to communicate effectively to children as well as to club committee members and parents alike.” – Tom Hill, Worcestershire Cricket Development Director
